Here’s what you can expect with the BIllpay upgrade
-You will be prompted to answer a challenge phrase the first time you log in to your upgraded Billpay account.
-All of your payees and any scheduled payments should automatically carry over to the new system.
-You will have easier and more convenient options to pay your bills, send money, and track bills online.
After the upgrade you can:
VERIFY all of your payee names, addresses, and account numbers.
SET UP new eBills for your payees. With eBill you can view, pay and track bills online.
USE the "Pay a Person" feature. This feature lets you send money to anyone using their email or mobile number.
